Autoclave Steam Sterilizer
Flight Clave 8+ is the sterilizer used, which is approved by Health Canada and the Canadian Standards Association for sterilization of critical care instruments.
Central Island Foot Care has a separate medical device reprocessing room.
All cycle data is printed and backed up on a secure USB. Biological indicators are completed daily and all pouches have external chemical indicators.
Prices
$25.00 per load (3 large pouches, 6 slim pouches or 12 electric file bit pouches) and $15.00 per subsequent loads.
We also offer a $5.00 "drop off dirty" option which includes manual cleansing, disinfecting with a high level disinfectant, packaging and sterilizing, otherwise instruments must be cleaned, disinfected and packaged before drop off.
